Click the widget to enable audio if the widget uses it. ANOTHER UPDATE: I didn't change any settings and now the app seems to work somewhat. By that I mean I still get the “loading image...” message with a black screen sometimes while other times the image actually is displayed. Was wondering if there is a timeout hardcoded in the app that may be exceeded during peak or busy times on the smugmug network...? Not sure why the display of images seems hit or miss...

UPDATE: I noticed that if you let the demo on this page run long enough it will also show the black screen with error yet the image title is at the bottom...

I also get the image title at the bottom and a black screen. Middle of the screen changes from "Loading image" to "error". Also tried the username after data= and still get the same results. Image name at bottom but black screen with error.

Blattin, Good job on this widget. Do you know if it's possible to give the option to select not just the popular photo's, but also new photos for a specific user? This doesn't seem to be working for my username, and it seems that the tip from blattin doesn't apply in my case.

This widget uses the Smugmug rss feed to load photos. It may be that in some cases the username isn't exactly what's used for the rss feed. At the very bottom of your Smugmug page there's a link called "available feeds." Click that, then click the RSS link under Popular Photos. The URL in your browser's address bar should look something like: username.smugmug.com/hack/feed.mg?Type=popularNickname&Data=username&format=rss200 The username after the "Data=" part of this URL is what the widget uses to look up your photos. If it's different from your actual username, try typing that into the widget setup box instead.

Is there something I need to do on my SmugMug account to enable this? Like MaxSMoke, all I get is a black screen and an error message that says "Cannot find photos for user" followed by my username. Is there a limit on the length of the user name?

Is it just me, or is the screen all black? I only see the titles at the bottom, nothing else.
