Note that modern browser security may prevent the widget from loading content from other web sites, however the widget should be able to load properly on the chumby devices. These previews are possible through the use of Ruffle ‐ note that Ruffle is still a work in progress, and not all Flash features are implemented, so some widgets may not perform optimally.

I found a work around for this app, which I don't believe works anymore. Use the app URLImage. Then load http://www.weather.gov/images/mpx/wxstory/Tab2FileL.png This will bring up the Weather Story for Minneapolis area. If you live in another area that has a NOAA Weather Story location, right click on the image there and click on "view image". Then copy the Url for that image to URLImage and you will have what you need.

https://www.weather.gov/mpx/weatherstory is now the latest for Minneapolis, but the author hasn't updated it in years.

Oh well, this app is completely useless now so don't bother. Author doesn't check in here anymore I guess.

They changed the link in early April 2015. Could you update it to go to this link? http://www.weather.gov/crh/weatherstory?sid=mpx Thanks

I'm not sure if NOAA provides a easy-to-use data feed for these graphical forecasts, nor do I believe each forecast office uses a size that would be readable on the chumby (this one is just barely ok). I'll look into it, though. This app was a first-hack for me, took 30 minutes, and shows how #*@!() easy it is to make a chumby widget with flashdevelop.

Would you allow this to be customized for cities, zip codes, and/or airport codes?
