description: Basic looking analogue clock that speaks the time to you when you touch the screen. In order to hear anything you need flite_time and a cgi script. Details on how they can be downloaded and installed are on the [[http://forum.chumby.com/viewtopic.php?pid=27304|forum]]. This is really just a proof of concept, but once flite and the script are installed any widget can easily speak anything - see the forum for full details. Source code is also available at the forum link. Note that you won't hear anything on a virtual chumby, it needs to run on a real chumby with the files above installed.

This content requires Adobe Flash Player 8 or greater.

Get Adobe Flash player

Click the widget to enable audio if the widget uses it. Note that modern browser security may prevent the widget from loading content from other web sites, however the widget should be able to load properly on the chumby devices. These previews are possible through the use of Ruffle ‐ note that Ruffle is still a work in progress, and not all Flash features are implemented, so some widgets may not perform optimally.
