It opens the door for uncontrolled state censorship. This widget shows the stop sign you will be redirected to if you acess filtered pages. Its a small protest against a law which is not really helping much.

TED 5000 Basic Display

You can typically find this through going to a Windows command prompt and typing 'ping ted5000' to display it.
